What are my shipping options and charges?
All merchandise listed on DucatiDeals.com can only be purchased through the DucatiDeals.com website. No "in store" purchases will be allowed of products listed on the ducatideals.com site. We will begin processing your online orders immediately upon receipt of your order. The website automatically charges your card and creates shipping information so we can ship your order the same day if it is ordered online before 12:00 pm PST. Your orders will be shipped via UPS. Your shipping total will include cost of insurance as well as a $5.00 handling fee.
Do you ship internationally, and are there extra charges involved?
Yes, we ship internationally by UPS only. Issues such as import duty and remote location delivery will incur additional surcharges depending on the shipping destination. Please contact us to determine the total shipping cost to your location.
What's that you mention about import duty?
All countries around the world charge import duty taxes for any item commercially purchased abroad. Just as when you go on vacation and purchase items and bring them home, you are asked to declare and pay duty after a certain amount. If you live outside the United States and purchase something from DucatiDeals.com, you are importing a purchase and may be responsible for import taxes upon receiving the item. DucatiDeals.com does not track and has no way of knowing how much each country charges for import duties, therefore check with your local offices before you order and are surprised by an import tax that can sometimes be very high. Please be aware that you are responsible for any import duties and that we are not responsible for informing you of what they may be.
Can you mark my package as a gift so that I don't have to pay import duties?
Unfortunately we cannot put ourselves or you at risk by providing false information to customs for any shipment, even if tax rates are too high in your country.
Do you ship to APO or P.O. Box addresses?
Since we use UPS exclusively, we are not able to ship to APO/P.O. Box addresses. You will need to provide a physical street address where you can receive an item.
Why do you use UPS and not regular mail?
To protect your purchase and our transaction, we can only ship by an insured, trackable shipping method. All orders include shipping insurance based on value.
Has my order shipped yet?
You will automatically receive an email notice with a UPS tracking number the day your order ships. We try to notify all customers of any back orders within 72 hours of your order. If you do not hear from us regarding your order, please feel free to email us for an update.
DucatiDeals.com Return/Exchange Policy
All returns must be pre-approved by DucatiDeals.com in advance, accompanied by a Return Authorization Number. Under no circumstances will your return be processed without a DucatiDeals.com Return Authorization Number. Returns and exchanges will be accepted up to 14 days after receipt of merchandise only if the items are returned in their original condition, unused, along with all packaging and miscellaneous parts as well as the original payment receipt. Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstances. Return shipping will not be covered.
*There will be a 25% restocking fee on all returned items. *No credit or exchange will be given unless all parts and packaging are returned as new. *It is very important that all packaging and instructions be returned as new or we will not accept the return. *No clothing may be returned that has been used or worn in any fashion. Clothing must be returned with all packaging including tags, hangers etc. *No part which has been installed and removed may be returned for exchange or credit. Once installed the part cannot be returned.
Special Orders and Close Out items may not be returned or exchanged. *There will be NO credit for the shipping and handling/insurance amount.
Please contact us if you experience any shipping damage. All shipments will be insured with the shipper. If you receive a damaged item please keep the original box and packaging materials. Items damaged in shipping will be handled through UPS insurance coverage. The shipping company will pick up the damaged item. Please call us if the shipping company is not responsive.
Please indicate whether you are exchanging the product or applying the amount as a credit. If exchanging, indicate the product of your choice. Please allow 1-3 weeks for any returns to be received and processed.
